| Conversation | 1099’s are complete as of January 13th for 10 people Uniform CD matures on June 3, 2026 $7,170 Will let it sit Expense Entry fees for M100BOA fees are higher and not included in budget Income Candy bars–More to sell–Money ready to deposit Button Days: Projected $3000–not on calendar–BoBo’s: lower than anticipated–Dine-Out’s: lower than anticipated Donations: overlapping with Capital Campaign–Virtual Auction: sponsorships are down, amounts are lower–Mattress Fundraiser: not on calendar, but projected budget–Parades: $1600 projected, but didn’t do Thanksgiving parade due to conflicts (-$1200) 2026-2027: will have to really look at budget and projections being made |

| AHS Orchestra | -Spring Rehearsals -ILMEA All-StateMakayla Burns, Erick Humphrey and Austin Koller -PIT starts this week–Musical is:Thursday, April 23, 7pmFriday, April 24, 7pmSaturday, April 25 2pm & 7pm -Symphonic OrchestraCalvary Baptist, Tuesday, March 3rd @ 7pm featuring 4 contest ensembles and three pieces by the Symphonic Orchestra. -Chicago Trip, March 11 -12–orchestra exchange with Palatine H.S. ‘s top orchestra, going to Shedd Aquarium, filling up on Giordano’s deep dish Chicago-style pizza and performing for the Illinois Education Association State Assembly then coming home in a carb coma. -Hosting IHSA Solo & Ensemble Contest March 7th–Concessions: Laura & friends–Scorers: Jackie & Friends–Students: running scores & judge foods -Chamber Strings at Hallmark, April 14th @ 12:40pm -Stringsation ConcertMarch 19th @ 7pm |
| AHS Band | -Concert on March 5th–2 after school rehearsals: Tuesday, 2/24 and Tuesday 3/2 -All-State–Quinn Halliday & Wesley LeBrun -UniformsM100–4 home games–5 competitions: ISU &/or U of I, EIU, Potosi, MO (small band friendly w/ prelim & finals), Oblong “Spooktacular”??–Same day as Halloween–Go early & no awards??–Greater Saint Louis @ Belleville–Halloween Parade–October 31st–Thanksgiving Parade (depending on date) -Summer practices: band camp dates may alter due to new IHSA sport facility usage -MEMC competition in O’Fallon???–Early in season–Those in attendance agree to not attend -Percussion Ensemble–Use fog machine for concert–“What is percussion?”–March 12, 2026 -Jazz Band–Festival at SIUE March 20th |

| Ways & Means | Subcommittee notes: -School supply: Holding– will investigate prices of supplies–Have to order before June -Music Bingo in lieu of trivia–Use company to plan it all–Jackie sent email to “music bingo StL”–Choose a theme: Disney, Decades, etc. –Maybe do regular or glo -Button Days–Jodi Baum has information as well as Jackie Broom Sales–Charge for broom is $6.20– honoring price from Dec 2024–We sold for $10 per broom–Kids checked out 12, turned in money, get more, etc.–Would buy bulk, they invoice -Calendar: Each student receives calendar–Ask friends/family to “sponsor a day”–May 5th equals $5–May 30 equals $30–Use Zeffy QR code to prevent cash in hands–No pick up dates for product sold–28 days equals $406–Incentives:Those who buy a day go into a raffle For chance to win an item ($500)–Incentivize students who fill in calendar -Dine-outsBakers & Hale–April 12th Old Bakery Beerdonation round-up at checkout |

| Motion | Chesner: Met with Franke, Kane, Nixon–District will purchase at 100% cost–M100 will then pay 50% of it over 3 year period–Will allow us to have for 2026 season–We will need $43,000 total–Have $20,00 already–We will pay off then Will purchase 120 uniforms–Very small and very large sizes needed–Drum Majors–Same uniform but maybe different sleeve or piece–Small order(s): Company will offer a discount |
