| AHS Orchestra | 3 kids going to All-State Chamber played at Post Commons in December Pricing out a trip to Chicago |
| AHS Band | Upcoming performances March 5th – auditorium, April 18th – Music for All April 20th Band concert M100–Meet with same arranger as last year to play music/props/design New color guard director has been hired Position has been posted for assistant color guard director Reaching out to all other positions to see if they want to return for next season Working on scheduling competitions: EIU, Belleville, Effingham, Doing ISU or U of I since it’s not a BOA year Looking to move band camp one week closer to the school year Will meet with high school parties to determine this 2027 is a trip year Meeting with new travel agent at IMEC Looking at New Orleans or Nashville PercussionConcert on March 12th Performing 10 pieces Recording for conference |

Not yet determined. |
