M100–Meet with same arranger as last year to play music/props/design 
New color guard director has been hired Position has been posted for assistant color guard director
Reaching out to all other positions to see if they want to return for next season
Working on scheduling competitions: EIU, Belleville, Effingham, Doing ISU or U of I since it’s not a BOA year
Looking to move band camp one week closer to the school year
Will meet with high school parties to determine this
2027 is a trip year
