- Friday afternoon finishes the marching season
- Successful 8th grade night with over 30 attended where they learned drill and ate dinner with the Marching 100.
- Curriculum council meeting to add a beginner band class for those interested in being in the band.
- December 9th band concert in the gym with a combined piece of AHS and AMS bands
- Thank you to ABOB members and all parents for helping out this season – Mr. Chesner

- Marching 100’s participation in Ameren’s Thanks for Giving Parade on Nov 22, 2025 (Not on Thanksgiving Day)
- Directors cannot go since they are at ILMEA Looking for another parade to replace. Band cannot go without directors according to Mr. Gray Elaine Kane wants music teachers at ILMEA.
- Creating the position of Fiduciary Officer to the ABOB Board The role of this position is to be a support for the Treasurer to ensure the responsible management, transparency, and integrity of ABOB’s financial activities in support of the Alton School District instrumental programs. Table until December.
- Centennial Campaign: Zeffy General/”Centennial Era” Fundraising Campaign – (Yvette) I created a general fundraiser campaign for ABOB which has one time or monthly contribution choices. Table until December or move to the Ways and Means Subcommittee
- Matt Chesner – Moving forward with a different Color Guard tech for the rest of the season and next season.
- Mr. Chesner made a motion that we use $1500 from ABOB Color Guard funds to pay for a new Color Guard coach for the rest of the year.

- Michael Ridgley – What do we do if there is an Emergency while the marching band is on the road? Michael has information for a Road Side Service (Southern Tire) that can be called. Send forms to Elaine Kane. We need a procedure for an emergency with our equipment (trailer tire etc.)
