      1. AHS orchestra: May & Aug repairs–waiting on invoices

    2. Posted on Facebook: 75 days until craft fair
  2. Technology
    1. Jill and Abi have access to post on website
    2. Evaluating the donation options for website
      1. Seamless donations: no longer available
      2. Give WD is a possibility: need more research into Stripe
    3. WordPress can be paid via PayPal instead of Roger being reimbursed
    4. This is Roger’s final year: need a parent to volunteer
  3. Craft Fair
    1. Setup: December 6th
    2. Fair Dates: December 7th & 8th
    3. 197 booth spaces sold out of 235 total
    4. Media has been notified
    5. Health department is all good with vendors
    6. Jen Herring helping contact past vendors regarding their return
    7. Discussion held to raise admission price
      1. Ed suggested holding off
      2. Edwardsville: $5 adults, $4 seniors/veterans
      3. O’Fallon: $5 adults, $2 kids, $6 weekend pass
      4. Since media has been notified with current 2024 prices, this was tabled until later. Will continue to research other area fairs
    8. Concessions: Laura Hardin
      1. Will use Arbor from Alton School District
      2. Possible changes:
        1. Walking tacos
        2. Chicken sandwiches from Heaterz
        3. Burgers from Schwegls or Godfrey Meat Market (Can Arbor cook these or can we?)
  4. Virtual Auction
    1. Jodi awaiting document from Jeanna Hasty with who to contact for donations and when
    2. Tentative date set: March 27-29
