      1. Back issued has been resolved

      1. STL strings: may need to increase budget
      2. Ernie Williams: band
    3. Surplus:
      1. Orchestra: maxed
      2. Band: speaker system in band room (Halpin)
    4. SNAP fundraiser for band
      1. $9,717.66 profit
      2. Will be put into a money market account for new M100 Uniforms

  1. Teachers Reports 
    1. AHS Orchestra
      1. 11/7: Lovejoy concert @ 7pm in AHS gym
      2. 11/19: AHS Orchestra concert @ 7pm in Auditorium
      3. 11/23: ILMEA – 8 are going, 9 were selected
    2. AHS Band
      1. Perfect pastry due 10/29
      2. Competition season at Park Hills, MO
        1. Swept all categories in class 6A
        2. Advanced to finals and placed 7th out of 10 bands
      3. Homecoming: football team WON
      4. 10/31: halloween parade
      5. 10/22: 8th grade night was a success
      6. 11/23: ILMEA – 5 are going
      7. Uniforms
        1. New district fee in 2025 for $50 to go towards uniforms
        2. $70,000+ for entire uniform
        3. Can buy in cycles, such as uppers for $32,000 then add the rest
      8. Percussion fundraiser
        1. Was a success
        2. Still waiting on a few donations, including one from Norway
    3. AMS Band & Orchestra
      1. Orchestra
        1. ILMEA – have 11 students
        2. All small groups are going strong
  1. Committee Reports
    1. Hospitality
      1. Heaterz chicken for both craft fair & solo/ensemble contest
      2. Staying local (Eric is the contact)
    2. Ways & Means
      1. Ridgelys are taking over
      2. Perfect pastry ends tomorrow 10/29
    3. Communications
      1. Louise: keeping everything up to date on socials
      2. Creating events for meetings
    4. Technology
      1. Roger out of town with work
      2. Send him emails, but copy Ruth so she can help
    5. Craft Fair
      1. Almost full
      2. All good with Madison County Health Department
      3. Sending mailings within a week or so
      4. Jen Herring is helping Brian & Amy
      5. Need to meet with committees
        1. Kitchen: Laura Hardin
        2. Baskets: Valerie Sancamper
        3. Parking: Brad Donoho
        4. Doors: Louise Haar-Chapman
        5. Yard Signs: Ed Gray
      6. Will work on envelopes for meals
