  • Money came in from fundraisers held in the spring
  • Additional report will be sent out from Dawn
  • Funds still being spent:
    • Laura Plummer has receipts to turn in
    • Chris Jarden spending Jazz Band funds
    • Brad Donoho has a bit of hospitality
    • Ruth Waggener: Memorial day breakfast from BandQuet funds
    • AMS w ill have instrument repairs for new fiscal year

  • AHS Orchestra
    • Musical was a lot of fun
    • Concert went great as well

    • Concert went great
    • 100 year celebration
    • Memorial Day parade is Monday
      • Parade practice this Friday
    • Still waiting on tux’s to be turned in
    • Percussion potluck today was good
    • Blake will be leaving us. New director has not been named at this time.

• AMS Orchestra
  • Elementary concerts went well at all schools
  • AMS concert also went well
  • Tours to elementary school were a success
  • Six Flags & Music in the Park: 1st place for Schumann
  • Coffee Concert
    • Scooter’s donated
    • Cash: $320
    • Square: unknown donation amount at this time
    • Car full of donations for school supplies & hygiene items 
  • Recruitment Night for 3rd grade
    • 50 families came
    • Students had the opportunity to try instruments
    • Redoing in August
    • 50-75% increase in numbers for elementary in 2025-2026

• Hospitality: Brad
  • 2 receptions for band and orchestra
  • Under budget
    • Plan for supplies needed for ALL events
