Treasurer’s Report

ConversationAHS orch went over as expected for guest artists Any repairs still needed will wait for next fiscal yearThere is some money left in the AHS Band BudgetStill waiting on two high school scholarship recipients to register for their summer camp Bandquet is already paid for (yay!) Color guard is looking to still order materials this spring. New budget will be crafted in early June We will need to vote to renew the uniform CD

Teacher Reports

AHS OrchestraNewsies went really well! Concert was great! 
AHS BandReally great response to bandquetMusic camps and band camp are scheduled for the summer Will be held at multiple locationsChesner will have office hours over the summer Drum majors will go to camp this summerDrum majors and section leaders visited middle schoolers and more 8th graders signed up then who had previously done so Percussion had their last potluck M100 is increasing from 65 to 85 members 
AMS OrchestraWe toured the elem schools We meet with the 3rd grade classes and had our 3rd grade night that was a success All the concerts were great! Coffee Concert raised almost $2,000 
AMS BandRetention at the middle school is way up in 6th & 7th grade

TechnologyLooked at several different website options, but we will need a log in Will need to contact Amy Lombardi about linking Band and Orchestra specific pages to the district website
Craft FairSign ups are still steady Over $20,000 brought in already There are 46 spots remaining of 255 spots

Nominating CommitteeThey met. Discussion will be had later in the meeting.
M100 Band Camp Next meeting June 17th at 6pm 

New Business

Agenda Item: Increase of ABOB Scholarship 

MotionTo increase the ABOB Senior Scholarship to a total amount of $1000 with Ed and Cathy Gray funding the additional $500 dollars to take effect for 2026 and beginning in 2027, and going forward they will fund the entire scholarship, amount of $1,000 to be named the ABOB Senior Scholarship funded courtesy of Ed and Cathy Gray.
