TEACHERS IN ATTENDANCE:

President Hillery called the meeting to order at 7:08 pm. Minutes from the October meeting were tabled due to technical issue.  Tom Pullen made the motion to table, Mike Haynes seconded, and the motion carried. 

The financial report was reviewed by treasurer, Cindy Kirbach. Tom Pullen made a motion to accept the report as presented, seconded by Mike Haynes, motion carried. 

TEACHER REPORTS: 

High School Orchestra – Laura Plummer

• Have had 5 concerts in 4 weeks
  • Lovejoy Vesper Service and Music Festival went well
  • 9 students went to IMEA
  • Working Winter Wonderland on December 5

High School Band – Alyssa Overmann – Email

• Had IMEA last weekend.
• December 12 is AMS & AHS combined Band Concert at AHS.
• Bandquet and Halloween parade went well.
• Pep Band starts next week.

Committee Reports:

Hospitality

• Nothing to report

Communications – Mike Haynes

• Luciana’s communications went out.
• Preparing Amazon and Craft fair to go out soon

Technology – Tom Pullen

• Need to update Craft Fair contact.

Ways and Means – Jamie Pullen

• Luciana’s raised $161.00.  They are open to also doing a Spring event.
• McDonald’s, March 5, 2019, 4-8pm, Homer M. Adams location.
• Tom Evans extended online sales.

Trivia Night

• Nothing to report 

Craft Fair – Paula and Dave Fritz

• Ads out on scrolling marquis and signs all out.
• WBGZ interview tomorrow at 11:30am
• Still need volunteers but all seems to be under control.
• Bags for sale at doors.

Dinner Auction – Ed Gray

• December 10 first meeting at 7pm.

Spring Vendor Fair
