M100 Meal/Snack Donations

We are in need of your help with providing our students and staff with snacks and meals during the two weeks of band camp. The link below will take you to our Amazon Wish List of snack/drink items that are being requested.

In addition to the snacks, we have several volunteer opportunities to provide the staff and students with meals throughout band camp. This is a great way to show appreciation to the staff who will be working hard to teach the students in addition to keeping our staff on campus in order to supervise the students. This is also a great way to show our appreciation to the students who will be working hard all week and will provide them an opportunity to share a meal together, building unity as a band!
With that said, we need the following meals provided:
Week 1
5 Staff lunches (M-F); plan for 10-12 adults
5 Student and Staff dinners (M-F); plan for 125 students and staff
Week 2
5 Staff lunches (M-F); plan for 10-12 adults
We are asking local businesses/churches to provide dinner for the students/staff this week so will not need parents to provide these meals.
Students will need to bring their own sack lunch each day or go out to purchase a meal on their own. Dinners will be provided to the students each day of camp.
Lunch break each day is from 1-2pm. Dinner break each day is from 5-6pm. I will have more info on where food can be set up for the staff and students as band camp approaches. (likely to be in the cafeteria for students and teachers lounge for staff)
You are welcome and encouraged to team up with several families/parents in order to provide a meal for the students and/or staff. Many hands make light work!
In order to sign up to bring a meal, please visit the Charms website and click the ‘calendar’ option. When you are viewing the calendar, click the multi-colored hand icon on the date you would like to provide a meal. When you click on the hand, you will see labeled slots in order to sign up. If you are signing up as a group of parents/families, only one member of that group needs to put down their information in the designated area.
If you have any questions in regards to providing snacks/meals, please do not hesitate to ask!
