Arrive by 6:30 p.m.
Unpack in the green room (on the left as you walk to Hatheway Hall auditorium.)
Bring your instrument, chamber binder & Symphonic Orchestra music, and your own music stand.
Perform 6:45ish – 7:40ish.
You’ll be done about 7:45.
Pizza 6:30 in the green room.
Bring a soda or water.
This is a major fundraiser for our band and orchestra program. You are the reason for this dinner auction and you are always a positive reflection of our program.
We need about 8-10 of you to stay around until 9:30-9:45 to help running bidder slips and clean up. This equals a practice form!
