President Hillery called the meeting to order at 7:05pm. Minutes of the January meeting were reviewed. Cindy Kirbach made the motion to accept them as presented, second by Mike Haynes; motion carried. Cindy Kirbach presented the treasurer’s report. Dave Fritz made the motion to accept the report as presented, second by Rose Lammers; motion carried.

TEACHER REPORTS – Laura Plummer reported that 5 orchestra students attended the ILMEA. Stringsation will be March 17, 2015 at 7:00pm in the AHS gym. Spring recital for Solo & Ensemble Contest will be March 5, 2015 at Calvary Baptist. S & E is March 7 at Collinsville High School. Pit orchestra rehearsals for the spring musical begin next week. ABOB and Dunlope scholarships have been awarded. Butter Braid order forms are going out. The orchestra will be traveling to Vandercook College in Chicago on April 6 and 7.
Alyssa Cudney reported that she had 1 band student who attended All-State. Winter Guard is doing well. The middle school Winter Guard won a competition at Eureka. Winter Percussion has had 1 event and one that was cancelled due to weather. They will have 2 more this season.

COMMITTEE REPORTS – Communications: Mike Haynes reported that he is sending out an email reminding everyone of the Dinner Auction.
Abob.net: Tom noted that the Amazon link has been moved to the front page.
Ways & Means: Cortney Frosch was absent, but Laura Plummer reported that Butter Braid order forms are due March 13.
Uniform Fundraiser: Mike Haynes reported that they are putting together a flyer and are working on the alumni list, making it a Google doc.
Vendor Fair: Rose Lammers and Kathy DeWitt asked that they be replaced for 2016. Discussion related to the amount of work and the return the Vendor Fair has seen thus far was held. Dave Fritz made the motion to discontinue the event after 2015, second by Ed Gray; motion carried. It may possibly be revived at a future date.
Dinner Auction – Ed Gray reported that ads and sponsorships are doing well; however, auction items are still needed and should be submitted right away.

New Business: Laura Plummer reported that the Marching 100 was named as a memorial for Stan Barth, father of 2 M100 alumni who recently passed away.

Next meeting: March 23, 2015. Seeing no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:41pm.
