ABOB Fall Fundraiser Ends This Week

Dear Band and Orchestra Parents:

The ABOB Fall Fundraiser wraps up this week. Order forms and money are due to your child’s band and orchestra director on Tuesday, September 5. Please contact me if you need another day or so to continue selling.

Order forms and money go into the envelope.

Please go over your child’s order and make sure everything adds up.

Your child’s name should be on the memo line of all checks in case it gets separated from the order form. All checks should be made payable to ABOB.

Teacher/Group: ABOB and either AHS or AMS

Turn in the white and yellow copies of the order form. You keep the pink copy.

Order Form should have: Your child’s last and first name School/Organization:

ABOB AMS for Middle School
ABOB AHS for High School

Teacher: your child’s band or orchestra teacher

· The order forms and money are to be turned into your child’s band or orchestra teacher.

Pick up date will be Tuesday, September 26, 3:00 -5:00 and 6:00 – 7:00 in the Music Suite at Alton High School.

We greatly appreciate your support with our fundraisers and events. ABOB has been supporting the Alton School District band & orchestra program since 1946. We have over 800 students in our band and orchestra programs, grades 4 through 12, including over 150 in the Marching 100. With the backing of our generous community and our supportive parents, the Alton School District continues to have a quality instrumental music program recognized as one of the best in the state.
