ABOB Fall Perfect Pastry Fundraiser

Dear Band & Orchestra Parents,

Order forms were passed out today (10/6/22) to our AMS and AHS band and orchestra students for ABOB’s popular Fall Perfect Pastry fundraiser.

Local orders will be delivered to Alton High School on November 9.
Out of town family and friends can order non-perishable items + shipping. 
There is a credit card fee for orders placed online.   

If selling with the Perfect Pastry order form, collect money now. Checks are made payable to ABOB. Please write your child’s name on the memo line of all checks. 

Make sure your child’s name is on their order form.   

Your child’s band and orchestra directors have extra order forms if you need more.

Students should sell to people they know: family and friends, parents work (if allowed), at church, etc. Please accompany your child if selling door to door in your neighborhood. 

Order forms and money are due Wednesday, October 25. Please count and make sure all money adds up to what has been purchased.

Pick Up is Wednesday, November 9  from 2:30 – 6:00 in the music suite at Alton High School.  These items are frozen and must be picked up on time.

Perfect Pastries Fundraising offers the following incentive program:
Sell 30 items – receive $10
Sell 50 items – receive $20
Sell 75 items – receive $35
Sell 100 items – receive $55
Sell 125 items – receive $75
Sell 150 items – receive $100 

All funds raised from ABOB fundraisers and events support our elementary, middle, and high school students in the Alton School District band and orchestra program including the 120 members of the Marching 100 and color guard.
