Today (October 15) the ABOB Breakfast Pastry Sale order forms were passed out to the students.
We prefer the students sell to people they know: at church, parents work (if allowed), family and friend gatherings, etc. Please go with your child and make sure he/she is safe if selling door to door in your neighborhood.
Collect money now. Checks are made payable to ABOB. Please write your child’s name on the memo line of all checks.
Please make sure your child’s name and either MS or HS (middle school or high school) is on the order form. Your child’s band and orchestra directors have extra order forms if you need more.
Order forms and money are due Wednesday, October 30. Please count and make sure all money adds up to what has been purchased.
Pick Up is Wednesday, November 13 from 2:00 – 5:00 or 6:00 – 7:00 in the music suite at Alton High School. These items are frozen and must be picked up on time.
Perfect Pastries Fundraising has an incentive program:
Sell 30 items = $15
Sell 50 items = $30
Sell 75 items = $50
Sell 100 items = $75
Sell 150 items = $125
There will NOT be a spring sale so place your orders now for Thanksgiving, Christmas, AND Easter!
This is the last ABOB sales fundraiser for this year.
All funds raised from ABOB fundraisers and events support our elementary, middle, and high school students in the Alton School District band and orchestra program including the 150+ members of the Marching 100 and color guard.
ABOB needs your support, but if you prefer not to sell you may make a donation. All donations are tax deductible and can be sent in with the order form or placed online at www.abob.net (select Donate at the top right of the page.)
